These terms govern your use of the Rine-Intellectuals website and any information you request about our mentorship. By using the site or submitting an application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. What we offer
Rine-Intellectuals provides education and mentorship about trading and markets. Nothing on this website is personalized investment, legal, or tax advice, and nothing is an offer to buy or sell securities, derivatives, or other products in any jurisdiction.
2. No professional relationship
Browsing the site or submitting a form does not create an advisor–client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship. Any formal relationship, fees, and specific terms are described only in a separate written agreement, if and when you enroll after direct discussion with us.
3. Risk
Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss. Past results — including any examples or testimonials on the site — do not guarantee future performance. You are solely responsible for your decisions and should seek licensed professionals when appropriate.
4. Applications
Applications are non-binding and do not guarantee acceptance. We may decline applications or limit capacity. We may use the contact information you provide to follow up about your request in line with our Privacy policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — for example, by attempting to break security, harass others, scrape content in bulk without permission, or use the site in violation of law. We may suspend or block access we reasonably believe violates these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rine-Intellectuals and its people will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or any mentorship information, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to the greater of (a) what you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred (100) US dollars, except where the law does not allow such a cap.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction we designate in any separate enrollment agreement, or otherwise as required by law in your place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court holds any provision unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
11. Contact and changes
We may change these terms; the “Last updated” line will change when we do. Your continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. For questions, use the same contact path we use for application follow-up.
