Privacy policy

Last updated: April 27, 2026

This policy describes how Rine-Intellectuals (“we”, “us”) handles personal information when you use our website and when you apply for mentorship. If you have questions, contact us using the same email channel we use to respond to your application, or the contact details we provide in correspondence.

1. What we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may process:

  • Application and inquiry data. If you submit the mentorship application form, we receive the fields you enter (for example, name, email, phone number, and market focus).
  • Technical data. Like most sites, our hosting and form providers may process standard server information such as IP address, device or browser type, and timestamps when you load pages or submit a form.
  • Phone number helper. The phone field may use a third-party library that can look up a default country from your network IP to format the number; that lookup is provided by a separate service, not stored by us for its own purposes beyond supporting the form.

2. Marketing and analytics

We may, where configured, use third-party tools (for example, Meta Pixel) to measure visits and ad performance. Those providers have their own privacy notices. You can use browser or device settings to limit tracking, where available.

3. How we use information

We use the information above to:

  • Review and respond to mentorship applications;
  • Communicate with you about your request;
  • Operate, secure, and improve the site;
  • Comply with law and protect our rights where necessary.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Legal bases (where applicable)

If the law in your country requires a “legal basis”, we rely on your consent (where we ask for it), our legitimate interest in running an education business and replying to prospective mentees, and, where needed, performance of a contract or legal obligation.

5. Sharing

We use service providers to host the site, deliver form submissions, and (if enabled) analytics or advertising. They process data only to provide those services, subject to their terms and this policy. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

6. Retention

We keep application and contact information only as long as needed to review your request, run our program, and meet legal or record-keeping requirements. We may delete or anonymize data earlier when appropriate.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, or to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us as described above. You may also complain to a data protection authority in your country.

8. International transfers

If you are not in the same country as us or our service providers, your information may be processed in other countries. We take steps that are appropriate under applicable law to protect your information.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

Our services are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it where required.

11. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do something material. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
